Hired to prepare condo for renter. Flexible in arranging time to clean after painters and repairmen in time for Apr. 1 rental. Thorough cleaning, including wall-to-wall, stove, refrigerator. Took apart appliances if needed to reach hard to clean areas a tenant is unlikely to reach. Reasonable rates.
