Hello, my name is, Eddie W. Richards, I’m 42 years old and I’ve been doing construction, mechanical, landscaping and maintenance since I was 17. I’ve owned my own remodeling business since 1999 to present. This is a part time job, not full time, and it’s what I do on my days off and down time. I’ve worked for $25-$30 dollars an hour but normally I bid jobs individually. I do custom work on homes from inside to out. I do mechanical work on cars, trucks, tractors etc… and for my family and friends. I’ve worked on pools, including my own, to anything commercial or industrial. There isn’t anything I can’t do! I’m very smart, reliable, dependable, outgoing, friendly, a team player and people person along with being a single father with a 10 year old daughter. I’ve done maintenance, landscaping and mechanical work for ranches & rent properties for 25 years. I’ve worked for Daniels Electric in Arlington, TX. I was a superintendent of Merit Construction in Denton, TX. I’ve studied for my Journeyman’s Electrical License. My father is a Master Electrician which I’ve worked with him since I was able to walk?.
