Was extremely knowledgeable over the phone even before arriving at our residence. They use only the latest in technology (that I can tell) to find hidden moisture that might be breeding toxic mold inside your walls. All work is followed up by legally binding reports that can be used in court if necessary to prove negligence against builders, landlords, and the inverse as well, should a tenant attempt a frivolous lawsuit to get out of past rent due.
